The International Evangelical Center for Leaders (C.I.E.L) oversees Ecluses des Cieux, a Christian Organisation and member of the Francophone Pastoral Ministry of the United Kingdom (PFUK). At Ecluses des Cieux, your vision is our concern. Our vision is to equip and train men, women, and children to become leaders who inspire, invest in, and support their neighbors spiritually, politically, socio-economically, and culturally through the powerful word of the Gospel to conquer and transform nations, hence the need for all leaders to be imbued with:

• Knowledge
• Interpersonal skills
• The ability to do something well.

We proclaim a Gospel that is in no way contrary to that of the Apostles, though the methods we use are adapted to the times in which we live. We announce the Good News of the Kingdom of God to all nations, as commanded in Matthew 28:19. We are convinced that a powerful generation is one that, in Christ Jesus, experiences continual regeneration.
